Missouri Rock Pickers Rental Details

Missouri Rock Pickers Operations MRP is a specialized rental operation and with that comes specialized instructions and rules of operations as follows:

This is how we do our advertising and this reflects part of the low cost of renting this amazing machine. If you choose not to do this you can simply just pay an extra $150 in your rental agreement or be permanently banished from machine. We can make exceptions for legitimate reasons.

Double Renting

Your rental is for your arena/project only and not another friends. This is unacceptable and also affects our low cost of rental. The rental is designed for one person per rental of machine on there property.

Before and After Photos/ Hour Meter

We pass our machines from person to person so we do not get to see machines for long periods of time. We need to ensure that are machines are being taken care of and up to par between rentals. Hour meter is a must because it keeps records of maintenance and parts failures so we can learn from it. Clint handles this part and he does not have time to chase you down for this info.

Payment Of Rental

Cash is not a good form of payment for us Because we rarely ever see our customers.

Checks can be excepted as long as we receive it prior to renting machine. This can be difficult at time because a picker can move over a 100 miles in two days. Our suggestion is if you know for sure your going to rent it in the near future please prepay first it or we can even hold the check until you get a machine.

Credit cards are most commonly used and as credit card company’s charge a fee, I believe here it is 3 percent on top of rental price.

PayPal is another great form of payment and clint can do that with a few other options.

Hour of Rental

We need you to start as soon as you can in the morning. Contract states 8 am, but we try to be somewhat flexible with that. Starting early helps us Incase if a break down to get you back up and going and get you threw the rest of your day at a decent hour.

We have people that will travel a good distance to get machine for the next day. I’ve seen on several occasions where people have had to pick up machine late at night because of a late start. This can definitely be frustrating because they now will probably get a late start, and it becomes a chain reaction.
